What is Pelli?+

Pelli is a free mobile app that helps you discover live music happening near you. Browse shows by genre, date, and location, follow your favorite artists, and never miss a local performance again.

How do I find live music near me?+

Open the app and allow location access, or enter your location manually on the search screen. Use Pelli's search features to find shows and events in your area. You can filter results by genre, date range, and distance, or by artist and venue.

How do I follow artists on Pelli?+

Tap any artist's profile and click the Follow icon. You'll see their upcoming shows in your feed and receive push notifications when they announce new events in your area.

How do I get notified about upcoming shows?+

Enable push notifications when prompted during signup, or go to Settings → Notifications inside the app. You can choose to be notified about shows from artists you follow, events near your location, or both.

Is Pelli free to use?+

Yes. The Pelli app is completely free for fans to download and use.

Which platforms is Pelli available on?+

Pelli is available on iOS (App Store) and Android (Google Play).

How to list your shows and grow your audience with Pelli.

How do I get my events listed on Pelli?+

Sign up for a free artist account in the Pelli app and provide your artist information (name, location, genre, social media links, etc.,). Once your profile is set up, you can create and publish events directly from the Pelli app.

How do I create an artist profile?+

On the sign up screen in the Pelli app, select 'I'm an Artist' and follow the prompts to complete your profile (description, genre tags, social links, and profile photo). Your profile will be visible to fans in the Pelli app once it's approved.

Can I manage multiple events at once?+

Yes. Artists and Venues are able to use the Event Management Console (emc.pelliapp.com) to create, edit, and cancel events, set dates and times, and track RSVPs and event metrics — all from one place.

What kind of analytics does Pelli provide?+

The EMC gives you data on fans saving and checking in at events and fanbase growth and engagement over time. Additional premium features include conversion rates (event save to check-in), which venues drive the most fan engagement, and how many fans return to multiple events.Use these insights to understand your audience and plan future shows.

Is there a cost for artists?+

Creating an artist account and listing events on Pelli is free. Check the Console for information on any premium features.

How do I notify my fans about a new show?+

When you publish an event in the Console, fans who follow you will automatically receive a push notification via the Pelli app. You can also send updates if show details change.

How do I add my venue to Pelli?+

On the sign up screen in the Pelli app, select 'I manage a Venue' and follow the prompts to complete your profile (address, social links, venue description, and profile picture) so fans can find you in the app and on the map.

How do Pelli's tools help promote shows?+

Events at your venue appear on Pelli's real-time map and in nearby fans' feeds. Fans who save your venue or follow performing artists receive push notifications about upcoming shows.

Can I manage events for multiple artists at my venue?+

Yes. Artists and Venues are able to use the Event Management Console (emc.pelliapp.com) to create, edit, and cancel events, set dates and times, and track RSVPs and event metrics — all from one place. The EMC lets venue managers create and publish events on behalf of performing artists, or coordinate directly with artists who manage their own Pelli accounts.

How do I get started with the Pelli Event ManagementConsole?+

After your venue profile has been reviewed, visit emc.pelliapp.com, and enter the email address and password you used when you signed up.

Can fans check in or RSVP to events at my venue?+

Yes. The EMC analytics dashboard will display the number of fans who have liked and saved events, which lets you see approximate interest levels.
